Were stops moved to 1pm bar high after 1:30pm bar was formed. And then when the new low was formed stops were moved to 2pm bar high.
or movement of stop was just from WRB 1030 bar high directly to 2pm bar high.

I am still learning thats why asking.

I don't think so so far. After 11:00 bar it may be clear.

if shorts do not get triggered in current 30min bar, then max filter will apply on both sides for long/short as case may be
