Thanks for your inputs, i will test that out for sure. Can you define (or point to a link) for what you mean by single time framing.

I am aware its one of the day types classified by Market profile, i have also read few other define it based on high/low on 30 mins charts. i am sure you have some easier way to spot it

single time framing means where every price bar makes higher high - higher lows or lower low-lower high on higher time frame meaning we have an imbalance and such days are when we ride our positions and add to winners.

like for nifty, i like to see 30 min tf....!

paulie, i would be more than happy to close my terminal as fast as the 40 pip TP is realised

no matter whether a pair is fast mover or slow mover, i see 40 pip TP is before resistance level & i would set it.

if resistance is far, i would not set any TP & take profit through TSL's which are used in all trades.

working hard, partying harder, trying to study candlestick patterns for the ....time to see if i can grasp some of the important patterns if not all. i always found them very boring, but if i want to become a price action lover, i believe i must be familiar with some of them.

i don't open mt4 these days, as i feel market maybe out of sync during holiday season & devoting time to further sturdy.
