I started part-time trading in stocks (only cash, no fno) since last one year. Now, I am full-timer. I find day-trading challenging as well as a good time-pass. some time your strategy pays, some times it fails but as I am a full timer I can change my trading strategies quickly. Also, for each and every trade, I strictly apply stop loss (keeping in mind movement of that particular stock in last 5 trading sessions) . I indulge trading in 3 to 5 scrips per day. Last but not the least I am using one third of funds for day-trading and two-third for short/medium term investments. Experts' suggestions are wel-come.

What kind of a set-up do you use to track & trade 3-5 scrips through the day? Do you trade only in Cash or also in F&O?

Hi,

Trading full time or part time or autotrading doesn't matters but consistently and profitable count's a lot ;)
bet on anytime frame.....but...

u can succeed in trading only ...if u handle it as a serious pursuit... Emotional trading is lethal.... 2 help ensure success.. practice of defen*sive money management is quite esential... A good trader watches his capital as carefully as a professional scuba diver watches his air supply....... ;)
@ thats where the mkts r yet another sports ground.....:D

Don't look for the needle in the haystack. Just buy the haystack...... ;)

in other words......dont go in much deeper in the mkts......just go in for the basics....:)
