If Full time trading means keeping constant (full day) track of market & trading as per signals (whether Intraday or positional) then I am Full time... but if you mean as Trading being the only source, then No... But I believe the former should be good enuf to be qualified as full time...

I think if someone satisfies either of the two condition he is a full time trader and if someone satisfies both the conditions and still surviving, then he is confirmed as full time profitable trader:D

Solution to your problem : BLINDLY follow U.ASISH& CO on the thread NIFTY FUTURES TRADING.
HI
I dont agree with you. I wont recommend anybody to follow anyone blindly.
Please Dont get me wrong, I am not doubting the capability of Ashish da and other seniors over here.
Each one of us has our own circumstances and limitations.
The person you are following blindly might have capability or in position to take risk involved in that trade , perhaps because he has made profit else where or for whatever reason. But you are not him/her. Your money is in your own hands, no one else can take care of it if you cant.
I would rather suggest to extract and learn as much as you can from such gems instead of following them blindly. Otherwise you will be the one as
GORODON GEEKO describe "You're walking around blind without a cane, pal. A fool and his money are lucky enough to get together in the first place."

Yes--I am one of those people who trade fulltime and do it as a profession.Making money in stock market requires full time, seriousness, self discipline, devotion and ofcourse adequate capital. Mastering the art of hedging and leveraging can protect capital erosion to a large extent. Its really painful to see people treating trading as gambling and never bothering to devote time to acquire the skill--finally blaming Trading itself ,on making loss!

full time trading is akin 2 taking out money from someone's pocket.....the abilities of an individual decide if one can escape with the booty or get caught in the crowd & thrashed......:)
