dear vishu mahajan, since this is a learning process for you all up to 31.03.2012.so you can ask any question from me,but its answer is so simple that after giving so much details at my thread regarding various rules at least i dont except this question from any body.just to make you fast i first completed spread sheet and then, i will give detail of various concepts connected with this systems.
But i will expect from others who are preparing spread sheet, that they give reply of your question first ,i hope few off them may be knowing its answer and will give
if no body gives then i will have to spent full day to give detailed answer of your question but first i will weight others answers
for me it is not at all difficult to open any trade again with in few hour of its closing in this system we are always long or short, but far that we always take the help of lower time frame, but at this stage you will not be able to handle such fast moves, and now it is you who have to trade ,not me,so i will increase burdun according to capability, you all will show,so at present we will open new trades only if end of day time frame will permit us directly other wise not thanks

Dear Vishnu,

I will attempt an answer:

The loss on first day observed by you is only a 'notional loss', not a real loss. It is 'notional' since immediately on entering a trade we assume that our stop loss has been hit and the loss to that extent is taken as hit in "earnings of the day". This is a conservative way of accounting.

Reminds me, Ashwani is a cost accountant by profession.

regards

Rajeev

dear vishu answer of rajeev is 100% perfect ,basically it is not a loss but we write of full stop loss on very first day, considering it has been hit on very first day,all though it never hit on first day, once we will earn profit up to stop loss after that we will consider that we are in profit,so normally profit will start from fourth day in a perfect system of trading,so never consider muhurut day as loss day,it is actually a profit day but looks to be a loss day at later stage i will give concept related to it thanks

Thanks Rajeevji,Ashwani sir.

Understood the concept :)

I have downloaded the excel sheets, and checked..
my question is

1. What the basis of entering a long trade ?

2. Basis for entering short trade ?

3. Basis for stop and reverse ?

4. How to keep a stoploss ?

These are very basic questions, to which i might have missed the answers.
Please help me with the same.

Thanks in advance..
:)
We all are also missing the above answers.Right now Ashwani sir is teaching us the calculations used in mts but knowledge on how to enter a trade, keeping a stop loss etc etc is still to be provided.

I guess Ashwani sir is following the natural "seed to tree" knowledge approach and thus right now seeds (learners) are getting the water (knowledge) for the strong base :)

Thanks

if u have to teach anithing to me,first of all u will require to make mine mind empti, since an experienced person with full bag and baggeg in his mind can not be taught,so if i will not be readi to make mine mind empti.then u will never be abel to teach me,this will be ur problem and this is mine problem also,so i think now u can under stand mine difficulti.
what i learnt from mine seniors without giving ani guru dakshina to them from internett,i am distributing it to mine guniors as a gurudakshina to mine seniors and u are not mine gunior.so i hope u will excuse me not to repli ur question

i totally respect your views here, and completely understand the same,
its just the quest for learning more,
one should be always modest and have the stomach for learning more,
then only he can evolve(surviving) in the markets,
also i will not be shy in saying that i have learnt many things from you,
and in market no one is junior or senior i think,
the way your perception is i think you are my senior only
:)

dear vishu mahagan,ur answer is perfect,i am not a seller of my strategy, but all of u now have prepared spread sheet at your end,and u can under stand the result which system is giving ,if i give answer to this question it is like this, that i have sold my strategy and if some one baught it for one million Rs. still he will be in benifit.if i am a hen giving golden eggs,i do not want to be killed but i want ,i should be alive giving golden eggs to every one but five new hens giving golden eggs should born so that knowledge can transfer from genration to genration.answer to this question is free to all deserving candidates from whom i can expect that they will achieve target decided at my end for them,i will not share this answer at this thread but will send answer to this question through e mail with commitement from them that their knowledge will be distributed free to all deserving according to them(will share before actual trading start with five or may be more who so ever deserve in march 2012 thanks
