Jai Corp Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 14, 2007, the allotment of bonus shares in the aforesaid proportion was made. Resultantly, the issued and subscribed capital of the Company now comprise of 17,25,83,400 fully paid equity shares of Re 1/- each and the paid-up capital of the Company now comprises of 17,25,38,800 fully paid equity shares of Re 1/- each. No bonus shares have been issued in relation to the 44,600 forfeited shares.

I had 2 shares of Jai corp which were purchased at higher price, now after the announcement of subdivision & bonus shares allottment, today I could see only split shares in my icici direct account i.e. 20 shares. I don't see another lot of 20 shares yet. Please explain...

Although i m very new to trading, i think the high volumes that you see is because the stock recently splitted, and ppl are selling off and buying.

And as mentioned by the seniors of this board, operators are buying this stock.

As already mentioned, the main story is yet to be unfolded.
