Hello MilindOnline,

Although i m very new to trading, i think the high volumes that you see is because the stock recently splitted, and ppl are selling off and buying.

And as mentioned by the seniors of this board, operators are buying this stock.

As already mentioned, the main story is yet to be unfolded.

Would you advise to buy it seems a very risky stuff with Jai but one can expect great stuff in near future? In terms of gains?


The volume is bcoz JCr has a deal of 2 crore shares this morning I just read that, so stock was open for 10 mins and 2 crore volume has been traded.

This Block deal was about 12% out of the total 89% Promoter Holding. This block deal worth almost USD 500 million was the biggest private equity deal struck on the secondary market.

Why The block Deal?

The Jain family, promoters of the company, own about 89% equity. Under Sebi regulations, they are expected to bring it down to 75%.


Jai Corp is a multibagger from here too. Hold Tight. Medium Term Target seems to be about 5000.

My question is after split & bonus allottment it should be 1:20, but what i rec is just 10 shares, could you throw some light ? as I am confused... if I have got split shares ie 10 then what about other bonus 10 ?

The bonus shares may take 15-20 days to be credited in your account.Just Relax.
