Hi guy,

my view point ...
any body noticed on friday at around 4:00 Pm bulk selling happened..and today also some volume was there ...

this directly means that operators are off loading ....be careful

at least sell some stocks and cover your investment ....and remains profit in terms of share invested...

thanks
Manish

i cannot sell Jcorp shares as the split and bonus has not yet been reflected in my accnt.it will take another 15 days for the same.this is what sharekhan conveyed.

Reliance Infrastructure will merge with Jai corp and end up co-developing the whole the Navi Mumbai Sez along the rewas port, international airport/rail network at Navi Mumbai. Reliance group (Mukesh Ambani) is directly not allowed to get into the power business due to conflict with Anil Ambani's Reliance Energy therefore power and infrastructure needs will be handled by jai corp for Mukesh Ambani promoted Navi Mumbai Sez.

Basically, Anand Jain has 10% stake in the whole Navi Mumbai Sez hence when the Sez is fully operational the 10% stake itself will be mind blowing along with the orders to manage the Sez.

Hence strongly recommend this stock even at this level - definitely will reach from 850 to 2000 in no time and for long term holders this stock is raw gold.

No, RIIL will not merge with Jai Corp but both are multibaggers as RIIL may get not only the Navi Mumbai's SEZ to develop but also RIL's Harayana SEZ and other RIL's Retail expansion plans.

Buying Rel Infra is equivalent to buying jai corp both are moving on the same story......

Further the land mentioned on the balance sheet of Jai Corp has been leased to Reliance Retail on rental income basis... another stream for income flow

so what will happen to bonus shares and what abt the price applicable during sell???
One will get the bonus shares if he bought before the split (you can see that the price went down 95% which is equivalent to splitting the share into 20 (10 split and 1 bonus for each split). The shares currently held in the account will get the current market price. Hope this helps...
