Dear Indian Bank

My previous post, i mentioned closing is important...because...last week see Coal India....intraday it was trading above Weekly breakout...but not closed...

Now what happened...fall from top (trapped if somebody initiated brakeout buy on Coal India)...so..we should be careful, taking trade blindly in the top assuming breakout

Yes Rish... I have no objection if someone takes trades after closing of bars.. person to person trading style differs...
i never see all this things in my trading....for me that stock is imp than its price....
And your above Coal india chart looks good for me... and i am not seeing any trap in this...

Just my views

Anilji

Weekly chart is not for trading .It is used for finding the trend and the support resistance.A weekly candle is not complete till Friday. It can change its colour and structure anytime in the week.
The above chart is based on weekly candle...as long as weekly candle has not closed above top red this friday closing...we can't declare as breakout...

It may close or it may not close...so..as such..this is not a breakout...

This is my view. Don't take it in otherwise...just for sharing my knowledge
Same idea conveyed by two different persons.:D

Generally we find this bearish setups in uptrend with in the swing body and bullish setup in down trend..

Black box area is what i mean...just don't go by naming this candle just for broad i posted this

Hope this below image clarifies your doubt
