Learning to catch High Probability Breakouts

I think it will break to the downside given my wave counts but then i may get it wrong also.

Hourly has broken out of a double top and the bollinger band is showing that a volatility breakout is coming too.

Hope it qualifies for this breakout thread or else we can delete it.
