Spot Nifty in an uptrend , closing negative with respect to yesterday but a green candle.

Need to see whether bullishness continues or goes sideways in the horizontal band.

Still in the sideways horizontal band after 4 days.

Nifty further uptrend continue, once 7500 Put Option December close below 156.20....Trend Resume Upside.

If, 7500 Put Option (December), breaks above 246.80 and close...then Nifty downtrend resume...

Till then, Nifty will trade within the Band...

Axis tatssteel tatamotors still Looks weak to me again if stayed below respective res. 505-512/ ,340/42, 402/4
Nifty 7778 i think is the level to watch for biggerrr** downside possibilities. may be a be cautious signal for shortt term bulls unless cant pass 7918 zone aprox. All spot.

Now, Asian Paint is rising. How will you trail the stop loss or is there any specific target you are looking for?

Depends on whether you are swing trading or a long term investor.

If not brought near the breakout,one need to wait for retracement to enter in swing trading.

If brought near the breakout,one can trail stops for the last bar close ,since the rise is very fast and almost parabolic in nature.

For long term investors,they may choose to wait as Asian Paints has broken the triangle after almost 1-1/2 years after remaining sideways.

In all forms of trading/investing the way to trail stop will depend on the risk appetite of the investor/trader.
