just when it looked like a breakout u need to find weak stocks and short them on pops , this is how range days are played

a lot of people who do not have set plans and trade only breakout and breakdowns based on a 1/2 min chart struggle on such days and yes such days are 70-80% of the total trading days

fed's decision hasnt caused much movement in world markets, most probably another ranging day with support as 6500 zone and supply around 6550..so today's theme maybe buy strong stocks when nifty is near support and sell weak stocks when nifty near supply...
