I this thread i think any one of senior members should start expressing there views along with daily/ weekly / intraday charts abt INDEXes NIFTY/ SENSEX.

that will make the things more interesting.. and helpful for trading..

as we see R&E talks more abt Elliot waves and Bubukraman talks more abt chart patters trend/support/resistance line it will be hellpfull for us.. newcomers ..

so plz "if possible spend some time on index charts" and let us know ur findings

Perfect Bullish up bar reversal with the price crossing 10, 20 and 50 EMAs from below with 20xVol>VolMA5. Price b/o of upper channel of Bollinger band after two months of narrow BB.
How would you take fresh positions in a stock which acts like a rocket with free velocity going from circuit to circuit in any given direction?????!!!!!!!

A good question! Back to the basics! "If you aren't sure of the pattern, just skip the trade; watch it from the sidelines". This might atleast be of an academic interest.
Since Sep, a narrower BB; Close and High are the same of today's long range bar. So, a probable up move is expected. But as far as MM and Pos Sizing is concerned, this is a great challenge. Where will one keep the SL? Probably at the 50 EMA which is 52.48. If the entry is at 60 (above the current close of 59.7), then 60-52.50=7.50 is the risk which translates into 12.50%. For this much risk, what is the reward?
So, one may conclude that this trade is for those with the high risk appetite.
