I this thread i think any one of senior members should start expressing there views along with daily/ weekly / intraday charts abt INDEXes NIFTY/ SENSEX.

that will make the things more interesting.. and helpful for trading..

as we see R&E talks more abt Elliot waves and Bubukraman talks more abt chart patters trend/support/resistance line it will be hellpfull for us.. newcomers ..

so plz "if possible spend some time on index charts" and let us know ur findings

A.P
Nice suggestion! As there are quite a few index dedicated threads tracking Nifty intraday or otherwise, do we need the indices here? IMHO, those views may not be original as most of the views are influenced by these index views! Any feedback is welcome!
Cheers!

Hey Babukraman,

Just stumbled upon this thread, am a new member, have just read the last few posts, and after subscribing to your thread, read the first one. Right now have to log-off so can't read the full thread, but from whatever I've read so far this thread is definitely the one I will read from beginning till the end, when I login here next.

Just wanted to say thanks for your efforts of posting each chart and following up on them.

PS: in your first post you talked about a book called 'teach a man to fish', is it a book? is it an ebook? in case it is available on the net do let me know the link.

PPS: in case you have already answered these questions in the thread, am sorry, I will read them in my next login :)

Hi Spatch,
Thanks for the compliments. I'm happy that I'm able to return atleast a part of whatever I've learned from these various forums.
"Teach a man to fish, you feed him for a life time...." has inspired one of the moderators here, Saint, to spread the knowledge of TA. He had started a thread teaching the same; a very popular one and it had long been closed as it had served its purpose. This is the link to that thread http://www.traderji.com/technical-analysis/6072-teach-man-fish.html
To make things easier for the newbies like me, another mod, Mr.Amit had compiled and page formatted this wonderful tutorial. I think this is the right download link. http://www.4shared.com/document/KzB_M24N/Teach_A_Man_Fish_Complete.htm If not, please pm me your email id, I'll send it!
Again, thanks for subscribing to my thread! (If you are a newbie to TA, don't mistake me) May I suggest you to visit this very informative thread by Vishalalluri. Superb one! http://www.traderji.com/technical-analysis/32812-analysis-charts-discussion-share-ur-views.html
Cheers!
