Hi Summa,

Just a quick question. The last bar of the day stands up.Does that needs to be consideration as well.
There is no need to consider the bar standing up. A downtrend could make new LH before moving down. so better to wait and see if its small consolidation in downmove or trend reversal or flat market.

Hi summasumma,
Method is shaping up well and it is time to sum-up rules as of now. also, the nuances under consideration can also be listed.
Yes Vinst... i ll be posting the rules soon based on observations in past trades ... Also got past 10yrs nifty data and working on backtesting with few rules and trying to see optimized one... Will post once i find some effective combination. :)

3291, 2191, 1531 came down...
2111, 811 went UP...
if 811 goes up again tomorrow at EOD (making it 2 consecutive UP), we can think about changing direction in the trade. Till then hold short.

How would you define a stoploss ??
The current system is SAR method so we reverse the trade after getting opposite signal... but if you need to enter with SL order then the recent swing high / swing low can be considered for short/long positions...

Even if 811 making 2 consecutive UP, no need to reverse-trade if 2111 still < 20.

Will u pl. post us AFL of your system?
He is not using Amibroker. If you read the thread from the beginning, you will see that he is using NSE TAME for charting. Then later he developed some xls file for the same. You should find the link for that xls file somewhere in this thread itself.
