The maximum is anything less under the 1. In other words 99.9% is okay.
Yes, break of the 2 is the entry, and <> 2 points over the 3 is the SL.
All you need to do after the 1-2-3 is formed is set the sell stop, and just let the trade be hit. If the 1 is broken, then remove the sell stop.
BTW, 2 points on the other side of the 1 is a nice buy stop with the 2 being the SL. That is simply within the realm of price action and the recent swing high being broken. Such cases of the swings being broken are visible all the time, every chart, any TF.

So end of trend means there should be a sustained trend or a good upside or downside before it appears??
