potential IB in 60....

i think once i read post by new2sm.... is there any relationship between the colour of IB bar & its preceding bar...
IBs are normally considered to be a resting bar after a WRB in 60!!
trend is EXPECTED to continue after such IB in direction of WRB's colour ....

taking only yesterday's chart - 1st green bar; then IB in red, then BO bar in green

came out of blue - never checked before...
let's see

if indeed this is the case & IF current bar in 60 turns IB in red, then post 12pm, breakup

but, need to confirm this "theory" (not sure, if it's in textbook) as backtest first .... will do it over weekend

Yes there is relationship between previous bar and next to determine what type of IB it is. As per Candlestick theory, for a true IB, the latter must be completely within the body of the previous bar. it is allowed for anyone side to be equal to the prevous close/open but not both.
