so, new2sm, the current IB is not PURE IB for the theory to be applicable, right?

Yes. Infact contrary to what PIB is showing, Amibroker is not showing the same chart. Anyone knows how to get 10h,11h etc in Amibroker in Hourly view?

new2sm: change database settings> intraday settings > market start time to 9:00 from 9:30

Tools->Preferences->Intraday
Align minute bars to regular market hours should be unchecked

potential IB in 60....

i think once i read post by new2sm.... is there any relationship between the colour of IB bar & its preceding bar...
IBs are normally considered to be a resting bar after a WRB in 60!!
trend is EXPECTED to continue after such IB in direction of WRB's colour ....

taking only yesterday's chart - 1st green bar; then IB in red, then BO bar in green

came out of blue - never checked before...
let's see

if indeed this is the case & IF current bar in 60 turns IB in red, then post 12pm, breakup

but, need to confirm this "theory" (not sure, if it's in textbook) as backtest first .... will do it over weekend

because of this guestimate, i was able to juice out more than 7pts textbook target in case of IB....
stop was near & in form of SAR
