Did something different this time

Market gave bullish signal on Friday Max put OI @ 8600 MP @8700 so decided to do a PUT Spread

Sold 8600 PE @ 63.7
Bought 8400 PE @ 9.45

Total credit = 54.15

Hung on to dear life on Monday today closed position:

Bought 8600 PE@ 23.25
Sold 8400 PE@ 1.75
Total Debit = 21.5
Profit: 32.65

1. Go to connections under Data tab (opens a new window – workbook connections)
2. Click properties in workbook connections (opens a new window – connection properties)
3. Click definition in connection properties
4. Click Edit query
5. A new small window will open where you see the NSE – NIFTY Option chain page (nse-india.com/live_market/dynaContent/live_watch/option_chain/optionKeys.jsp?segmentLink=17&instrument=OPTIDX&symbol=NIFTY&date=26MAR2015)
6. Change the date to 30th April in this page
7. Page will refresh automatically
8. Click import
9. Click Ok in connection properties
10. Close workbook connections window
11. Save the workbook after it is updated
You will see next month’s data

Hi Raj / Soumanag,

Which pair we can trade for next month? Because I could see for Apr, Max OI is at 8200 - 9000. And Total is 48. Which is way below than 120.

Please guide me.
