Hi Loganathan,

Today chartsdata worked fine with ODIN. But got some difficulties.

1. Rarely I got runtime error (just one time a day) and it closes the Amibroker without saving the database.(loosing unsaved time data)

2. When I try with indices previous futures data file it is not updating. But for the new one it does.

But overall performance is good . Needs only few things to be fixed.

Thanks a lot for your evaluations and suggestions.

I will look in to your suggestions and try to implement the features in my next release...

I haven't tested ChartsData with all brokerage ODIN applications. If something doesn't worked out then mail me the error message/snapshot of the error message & ODIN.

Planned features to be added to the next version...
1. Nse futures bhavcopy
2. Custom drive configuration of TA (Ami, Ms, FC) softwares
3. ***** auto login facility
4. Amibroker data auto-save on close
5. Removing unwanted error messages
6. ODIN futures data updations (including options)
7. NSE/BSE - ***** Symbol search facility
8. Provision to add World symbols apart from NSE/BSE symbols
8. "PAUSE" to temporarily stop chart updations

Dear friends,

Some one asked me for news update for a particular stock/company.

I have included SEARCH facility in the news section... just type the company name/stock symbol and hit "Search" to view the Live/updated news (Google & ***** news) about the company/stock... News updations were much faster than the original websites as the news were feeded thru RSS -) hope technical guys knew)... I am personally using it and amazed on having all the news updates at one place...

can u pls guide how to use the excel sheet as the data source to connect Fcharts using this application as i was trying but in vain. I am happy to see u r updating new futures to this s/w eagerly awaiting

instead of one minute time interval is it possible Tick by tick data.
it will be Very useful..loganathan sir.

if you can share the logic then probably we can implement this in some truly platform independent language so that person can me use it even it on linux or on solaris

Dear Loganathan,
Thanks for your software. In *****, In spite being logged in as you said keep me logged, I get data updated with 15 min delay for stocks from *****. Is it because my id *****.com instead of co.in?
Though I don't have ODIN, I am trying for that from my broker. Am I to understand from your above statements the present version doesn't import stock and index futures data from ODIN.

From odin to ms working perfectly, thanks.One issue In ms chart showing dd/mm/year insteed of mm/dd/year.In x axis it showing 8/10/2008 as aug and 7/10/2008 it showing july and 6/10/2008....june . kindly look in.
