Thanks for making this wounderful utility.
Can U add 2 more options in this limited version
1. When ChartsData Starts it checks the internet connection Automatically.
I want it should not checks the internet connection Automatically because
when odin client is running via vsat or via dialup connection this utility will
not start on that machine.

2 Try to capture tick by tick data

I hope you will make these changes in your utility and realese the Limited version no 2 soon

Dear Tejvish,

Why do you want to update Amibroker with Excel Update.xls when you have the direct update option? Just open Amibroker before opening ChartsData, select Amibroker option once the watchlist is loaded with data's and click UPDATE button to see realtime charts in Amibroker.

If you just need the realtime data for your own calculation, you can find the file minute-data.txt under c:\chartsdata\data folder.

does chartsdata can be used to feed data to real time advanced get 7.6 version either from diet odin or yahoo ?

You might not have logged in to YAH00 to get realtime quotes, please log in to YAH00 and try checking for real time quotes.

I have downloaded the limited version for trial but getting 15 minutes delayed figures in Amiboker. Is it not possible to get RT data?

Dear lvgandhi,

I am surprised to see Antivirus warning for ChartsData application - but on seeing the description (unwanted program) it shows that message was due to uninterrupted download of stock data from YAH00 server for a long period of time. As you know, don't bother this and select Ignore as mentioned in the snapshot.

Thanks for the suggestions.

1. By default, it will check for the availablity of internet connection - to autobackfill, to login yahoo automatically, to fill up scripts and future expiry dates etc. Without this, you can't use few of the options.

2. Sure, will try to get tick less than a second in upcoming versions.

Need your help on Chartsdata tool, In my laptop ChatsTA region is not active and i could not select AutoBackfill option too, Even I could not select option radioButton Cash or F&O its disabled, Could you figure out what could be the issue, Mine is XP and i think .Net also installed, Your advice will be highly appreciated, Thanks in advance

It was working fine when i use on very first day, from next day onwards i am facing this issue
