I think Geogit is relatively new player in the market. I am also doing it ICICIDirct. They charge bomb. But there system is full proof. For lower Brokerage i am trying out Kotak Securitier who is also one of the Largest. They got good brokerage deals. What you guuys think.

geojit is not a new player. they have over 300 branches in south india.

Brokerages for Internet Trading:
Square Off - 0.03%
Delivery - 0.30%
F & O - Rs. 75 per lot

Digital Contract Notes (DCN) and Power of Attorney(POA) make it truly an online system. No need to sign the slips when you sell. Money is also debited and credited directly to your bank account.

Brokerages for Offline (visit or phone) Trading:
Square Off - 0.10%
Delivery - 0.75%
F & O - ?

Transaction charges, securities transaction tax, service tax and education cess extra.

assume that i bought 500 shares @100 from internet, so my brokerage will be calculated by 0.03%. but i sold the shares by phone. so what would be my brokerage charges, 0.03 or 0.10.

Kotak is also as costlier as ICICI direct ;
ICICI charges 0.75% for delivery inclusive of demat charges
Kotak charges 0.59% for delivery and demat charges extra (min of 23 rupees).
Kotak GUI is horrible interface.

Internet Traging Brokerage For 100 Rs = 3 Paisa= 100.03 (.03%)
Through Phone Brokerage For 100 Rs = 10 Paisa =100.10 Rs (.1%)

Geojit Also Charges Min 40 Rs For Each Script For Day Trading .

If U Buy 100 Rs Share.... And Sell It Then Ur Brokerage Should Be Near To .1%+.1% = Almost 20 Paisa /share = 20 Rs
But They Will Charge U 40 Rs .. That Is Min Brokerage

i read in their website that the min. brokerage is rs.20/scrip. how can you say that its 40rs. can you please explain.

Nothing better trading platform is available in india better than PIB (Indiabulls).

Some odin software u can use. But u will not get the charts as good u er getting in the PIB.
