Hi Radha,

All the best for your real trades..

BTW Can you share your papertrading backtest results in this method...?

Howmany winning/Loosing trades..?
whenever i used to paper trade, i use to post the result here.

Few things which may suffice ur query.

1. Target achieved the next day when stoploss hits.
2. out of 6 days, 5 days target get achieved, and 1 day stoploss gets hit. (on an average)
3. 0.75% target is almost achieveable.
4. This system works well in trending market, but when market revolves in range, many stoploss gets hit in intraday. (but same day there will be one straight line for sure which will reduce ur loss.)
5. Rest is all what i have posted here from time to time.

Dear radha
thankyou very much for such a wonderful thread which makes us execute buy and sell order without going into the details of recommendations of the broker.
Can you please give me the calculations for fibonacci levels so that these could be included in excel work sheet.

Unfortunately, last 2 days bad days. SL hit on both days.

Today at 10:25 10:30 am the price of Nifty Futures was around 4343-4351.

As per the rule this is between Pivot and R1.

So buy above R1 and sell below Pivot.

Initially, sell got trigerred at Pivot 4332.
(0.5% SL hit)

Then next buy entered at R1 (4389)
0.75% Target = 4421.9175 (achieved)
1% Target = 4432.89(achieved)

Profit for today = -0.5% + 1% = 0.5%

---------------Please ignore below few statements-----------------
I noticed one thing during few days of trading.

Never place the order at 10:30.

just note down the long and short levels.

When market touches your long or short level, make sure it remains above your long level or below your short level for minimum 5-8 min.

If such a condition occurs, then only enter the long or short.

---------------Please ignore above few statements.

For today, sell trigerred at 4332 but in 2 min, the market reversed. So it was not a correct sell signal.

Hope you understood what i want to say.

Have a happy trading.

Play safe.

but you may NOT get the same price to enter if you wait. sometimes in 5-8 min it may hit the target also. another option , wait for a pullback before entering

in the long run going with the system rules pays off

lets say you want to buy at 4356. then dont put order at 4356. let it go past 4356 a bit and come back a bit and now enter at 4351 or 4348 ... atleast can save the brokerage :)

Nifty Futures Analysis for today 6th July 2009

At 10:25 10:30 the price of nifty Futures was around 4442-4452.

This is between the Pivot (4388) and R1(4472)

So we buy above R1 and Sell below Pivot.

Buy trigerred at 4473.
0.5% Stoploss hit.

Then sell triggerred at 4388.
0.75% = 4355.09 (achieved)
1% Target = 4355.09 (achieved)
2% Target = 4300.24 (achieved)
3% Target = 4256.36 (achieved)
4% Target = 4212.48 (achieved)
5% Target = 4168.6 (achieved)

Profit for today = -0.5% + 3% = 2.5%

Booked profit at 3%. No more greed.

For all those who want to know how this system works, please refer to the first post of this thread.

Nifty Futures Analysis for Today 7th Jul 2009.

At 10:25 - 10:30 am, the price of NIFTY Futures was 4150 - 4160.

This is between Pivot (4252) and S1 (4115).

So we sell below S1 and buy above pivot.

Neither side there was a breakout.

So no trade for today.
