how to see 30 min stoch bullish or bearish???

on the 30min TF.. when %K cross above %D it is bullish..

if %K below %D it is bearish

BUT TELL ME DO WE NEED TO WAIT TILL EVRY 3 INDICATORS GIVE BUY OR SELL SIGNAL?

Divide them into 3 different phases as below.

1. Setup-30min TF Stock bullish
2. 5min Stock turned bullish
3. EMA corssover - trade triggered..(ensure 5min stock not in OB/OS)

Follow them in the same order...

Strictly following Pride's method, there was only one trade which triggered in NF:
On completion of 14:40 bar, short at 4964
Since the stochs went OS only after 15:25, the shorts could be covered at any level between 4948 & 4840 (subjective)

the green vertical lines are for dividing the whole day into 3 time-zones, as per the status of 30min STOCHS

Hi guys.. have been going through this thread for a while.. and i would say Mr. Pride's Strategy has a good basis. Thanks Pride. One thing about stoploss.. I would prefer to keep it at the nearest Pivots rather than at the last or 'last to last' bars. I guess the chances of getting whipsawed would be less.. my views though..

but theres a problem when i try to get the 30 min chart stoch line disappers

I find with Prides system Stoch 7-10-4 (LBR) better compared to Stoch 8-3-4. Former filters weak trades.

Shiree have you been using the 7,10,4 stochastics for some time.? For how long have you been using the settings and are the results markedly different.?
And do you use the settings for nifty futures?.
