It is last traded price which triggers the order.
but, it some times so happens that trigger price will be triggered and the price jumps our stoploss price. so, care should be taken to maintain sufficient distance from trigger price and stoploss price.

So fine then ...
1. In selling stoploss order,, it is BID Price which triggers the stoploss order &
2. In buying stoploss order,, it is the OFFER Price which triggers the stoploss order
... Am I clear & correct now???
