1. Only LTP has the Power to trigger a stoploss order on anyside buying or selling ... LTP must match or cross the Trigger Price towards the LIMIT price, to make the stoploss order get into action...

2. Next Then, The Bid or Offer price will then decide that although stoploss triggred but will the sell or buy oder will be successfully executed or not ...
