Mr.Raju ,
Gd day.Hope trading is fine 2day.Sir i am also a clnt of Rkg but due to their software pblm on regular basis and due to their slow service i am forced to chng broker.I do a decent volume on daily basis.I do have account with arihanth for which they charge very reasonable rate.If u want give me a day time i will guide u with their contact number. In which segment do u trade much sir.u trade on tips or any chart.plz guide me sir.

How many u want Mr.Kaushik.

1.Fortune
2.Focus
3.Arihanth.

Check with these firms. They charge very less with gd exposure in intraday.
Thank you for the kind informations.
What is their brokerage? And do they provide irrespective of volume commitment?
Even Sharekhan also provides half paisa brokerage but with an advance brokerage of 1 lakh per annum.

And 1 more thing, every broker gives a bulky account opening form where we have to sign at least 40 places. We can read all the clauses if we wish and have time to read. But if u say u will not sign somewhere or POA, they will simply not open your account particularly for online trading account. I'm saying about big broking houses like Sharekhan, Indiabull, MOSL, etc.

Hello Mr.Kaushik,
Am i a daily trader and i hold totally 6 A/c with all the broking firm but if u have A/c for future and option there is no required of POA.It is better to take some time to go through the form rather taking trouble later on saying without my knowledge my trade got executed at loss.am i right fnds.

Absolutely agreed with your above statements.
Anyway, I've not found a single fault either in Contract Notes or in Ledger Statements of both Sharekhan & RKG.
By the way, it will be better to highlight those risky points which we have to sign in RKG but don't have to sign in others. That will be usefull for us.

Hi adani

Thanks for the reply.I am with Sahrekhan for last 4 yrs..But have traded using RK due to brokerage.I will call up after market hrs..let me enjoy today as am in good profit ..Thanks to less brokerage of RK..Otherwise Share - Khan could have eaten my profit..For so many years I am giving food to Sharekhan..Due to RK I am able to do something...

Ofcourse If I get someone giving less brokerage < RK..I would be happy man.As I do scalping...So u can understand how much brokerage is necessay for me...

Thanks,
Raju

I guess RKG clients (derivatives trader) can clarify this...

Please follow the link and write back

STT and Service Tax should be the same for all brokers.
STT is 0.017% of Selling Turnover for Futures.
It is 0.017% of Selling Premium for Options if sold before expiry.
It is 0.125% of Seling (Premium + Strike Price) if exercized (for in the money contracts).

Service Tax is 10.3% of (Brokerage + Turnover Charges).

Both Sharekhan & RKG charges Stamp Duty as 0.002% of Turnover (Buy+Sell).

Turnover charges or NSE charges :
Sharekhan charges 0.0023% for Futures and 0.051% for Options.
RKG charges 0.003% for Futures and 0.071% for Options.

Mr Kaushik,
Where u able to trade before 10 days back when their webpage was not functioning frm morning. That day odin was not opening till 9.35 in mrng.Half an hour it was not working.same was intimated by their kolkatta team..
That day charts and Funds View was not opening.
I came to know about those problem from this thread. Actually charts are bogus in RKG's ODIN and I don't open them at all.
But I have not faced any problem in trading like delay in order confirmation and execution.
I'm happy in RKG to place orders, getting it confirmed and seeing it executed.
And their back office gives me enough reports which I need.
Nothing extra service I need from them.

@ Adani

I again thank you for your valuable informations which u gave earlier about the brokers who are charging less than RKG.
But u have not replied to my query that what is their brokerage and do they offer it without any volume commitment ?
Let us take the advantage too Sir.

Sharekhan charges 0.051% as Turnover Charges on (Buy+Sell) turnover.
whereas RKG charges 0.071% as Turnover Charges or NSE charges.
Thank you...

Why this difference? Statutory levies should be same across all the brokers. So RKG charges less and get the rest like this.

Can I take those % for both Futures and Options? If that's the case, transaction charge for futures varies a lotttttt from the actual one (.002)
