R K Global Issues!

hi friend thanks for ur valuable post.....
i am going to open a new a/c with rk global.....and i want to ask u that r u happy with all their services.....
what about the funds transfer / withdraw having my sbi a/c........
do they fraud....? or any hidden charges in their brokerage.......
i want other rk clients opinion also on this

as per funds transfer they have multiple banks in case of pay out there is no problem, it might happen within 2-3 days in case of pay in if u dont have hdfc u hve to wait for hours for margin release. u have to mail or call them with details. My good exp is i was asked to call their customer dept which again is in kolkata, my call kept on hold. 3 peoples transfered and third one told to call delhi as server was down. After that at 12.30 i got margin. so, i advise u to go with hdfc which you can do online transfer and margin will get released automatically.

My calculation gives a completely different picture.
In these days, 1 lot of Nifty futures(5200-5400) will cost(Buy+Sell) you around Rs.90 to 95.
Brokerage - Rs.18(Fixed)
NSE Tax - Rs. 15 to 17
Service Tax - Rs. 3 to 4
STT - Rs. 44 to 46
Stamp Duty - Rs. 10 to 12
Hope I have covered all the taxes and charges.
N.B.: 1 lot of Nifty option will cost Rs. 25 to 27 including all expenses.

Hey AshPats, I have no doubt regarding the points I have made as I am trading with R K Global. But I wanted to know whether there are any hidden charges other than those mentioned in my previous post. If you follow Linkon, he advises to consider 2 points on Nifty futures and .67 on Nifty options as total cost for trading with R K Global.

I have not come across any hidden charges yet i have done 5-6 trades in RKG Web based version. They are charging what they are saying. 9/- per lot. In options trading it is too good. I am happy with them. There web version is as gd as any software. Even if you see there Backoffice there are gd reports in them. Still i m going through there backoffice n trying to find our different system. There website is developed by Financial Technologies Limited which is one of the best in India. I want them to go for some more technical support as there website sometime doesn't response which is dangerous in options trading. Hope so we would get some solution.

Considering RKG's brokerage of Rs. 9, I'm happy with their service. I trade only FnO with them.
Before opening account I thought it will be much worse.
Whenever I mailed their customer care for any query, I got specific and to the point answer.
But I always mail or call them at their Delhi head office and not local Kolkata office.
I place orders in their ODIN, it gets confirmed and executed. It is fast. Thats all for me.
Also their back office gives uptodate reports.
And there is one more advantage in RKG which I don't get in Sharekhan. U may not need it if u don't trade in Commodities/Currencies.
I assume Funds transfer with SBI will pose no problem as they have tie up with SBI.
Procedure will be the same as I described above for ICICI Bank.
I've neither found any hidden charges, nor faced any fraud so far. Regularly check with your ledger balance, otherwise fraud can happen in any broking house.
There are no hidden charges. Considering Brokerage of Rs.9 and other taxes, Linkon is right. Although it depends on what value of Futures/Options u r paying.

And compare the Net Profit below. Net Profit in RED colour indicates loss.
