the fact is that their server is down. Even in night they could not get defects rectified...

I'm sceptical about that theory. Every company for online trading can easily afford backup servers. Reality is that they have more clients for Odin than permitted. Such a nice trending market today. I had my Nifty Aug. Future target as 5535. What a wasted opportunity because of this joker of a broker!

Anyone who is trying to login after yesterday's debacle may try the password - rkg123...It has worked for me... But don't blame me if it's wrong... Just a suggestion...

Anyone using "Venchura" ?

I heard there brokerage is cheaper(just little more than RK) & sevice is excellent !!!! in the Cash segment

One more problem I am facing regularly is that my order will go to Survelience fail order. I have margin money still it does not accept the order. After 5 minute it will execute the same order. Number of times I lost due to this error. Called their representative and he says that it happens some times. Sasta roye bar bar, manhga roye ek bar. People flocked to RK due to cheap brokerage and now they are facing even cheaper response.

Ventura has many issues regarding margin amount blocked...I also considered it before zeroing on RKG as my FNO broker...You can try Focus...Don't know much about them though...

Asking all the RKG customers to post all the telephone nos. that they have of this broker...So that in case of emergency we may try as much as we can...
