But after attempting for 3 times,there message shows "No. of 3 times attempting occurs, Please contact Administration"!!!!!!

Thank god. I got my position closed by sending my friend to their office. Luckily he was working nearby and he went there. trade and dial number ending with 99 is working and I got a call from this number only for verification. In that also there is problem. Once request is put the Dial and trade fellow will call on your mobile and ask for the details after that he will place the order. It is taking around 5 minute.
Anyway 2nd horrible experience. Will think after coming out of this shock.

I'm locked out of my RKG account too.. for putting incorrect password too many times.. even though password was correct!

Sent email for password change but no replies yet..

Funnily yesterday I got a call from RKG asking if everything was ok in the morning and soon after that all the issues started..

yesterday i did not get confirmation of my day trading vis sms...on calling them, they said that it might be due to server problem..i was suspicious...and today this has happened...can't even login to my account...let alone trade!
