No columbus, not one glitch in financial transaction. Once they debited me the wrong higher subscription fee in ODIN. Called them up, and next day it was reversed. Very prompt their back office. (At least from my experience)

yea, on friday 11 december, RKG was down for 1 hour maybe... during market hours too bad

I was trading with ODIN. No issues with that (other than the periodic quote server blinks. That is now considered 'Undocumented feature' )

Has anyone tried to open the Help feature in RK Global Odien software. It does not open and further, they have a problem with their multi leg order book. It does not work at all and also, all the trades are not updated in the order book. There is also no refresh button that you can refresh the order Book. Any reply in this regard would be welcomed.

Dude, dont worry too much. You can use RKG as one more platform - combine this with any other you have. 109/- per month isnt much, and on a decent day, you can make your one year charges worth - the break-even for even slightly in the money option is just about 62 paise!! If you trade 10 lots with just Rs3/- overall profit per single option, you have made a year's worth of charges.

The help file is missing in the build. That is why help does not work. Here is an old help file from a previous version, though how much help can this be is another issue.
