Its either the problem of slow internet or javascript in the browser
Which browser are u using
I suggest use firefox 3+ or ie 7

Thank you, I am using CHROME.
I shifted to Chrome after facing problems with
Firefox and Explorer.Perhaps , slow
internet may be a problem.

I got my account acitivated 2 days back with RK and its working fine ..
Except few times the Server not repond problem occurs

I see u have lot of issues ..
I would recomend u to Instal latest JRE and flash player with IE7 this should work fine
If not try installing the .net software and see the difference

In equity, the product type has 5 options: margin, delivery, mtf, ptst, marginplus.
Can a senior RK global user explain in brief about these options.
I do have a basic idea but still some details woud be helpful.......
Also i want to know, how to do(which option to select) cash intraday, ie stocks in which margin reqd is usually 100%, in other words in which margin trading not allowed.

After changing browser to CHROME most of my problems
are solved except for minor once,I installed flash player
many times and I have Java Run-time already (for other
broking firm) .I downloaded JRE from RKG also.

I opened an account with RK Global a week ago and I am not clear about there Nifty Future margin requirements, I have contacted them regarding it and they say its as per NSE norms but I don't get clear reply.

If any one could say how much they are charging approx. for 1 lot of Nifty Futures ???

And for positional do they demand any more amount than wat they took while buying or a diff. of 3K to 4K apart from margin amount should be kept in account ?
