Hello Everybody,
Recently one of my friends suggested me to go for RKG for intraday trading. But before opening an account I want to know the stocks in which I can do intraday i.e. margin trading. So it will be helpful if any RKG client can update the list of stocks available for margin trading.

You can trade in all the scrips that are approved by SEBI. But, please do keep in mind that only the top notch stocks would be ideal as it would be easy to buy/sell at any given point of time which is necessary for margin trading.

Note - Margin exposure will depend on share category on which trading is done. For example - A category shares get full margin while B category shares get less margin exposure and this will go on decreasing as you move down.

Guys, can i trust RK Global with my Investment portfolio? How Strong is the company financially? Any old member can give me insight on whether their terminal was shut during Jan 2008 blood bath?

Are the groups of RKG same as those of BSE? As far as I know different brokers have different list of stocks in making the groups. Reliance money only provides 200 odd stocks to be traded intraday:annoyed:

In equity, the product type has 5 options: margin, delivery, mtf, ptst, marginplus.
Can a senior RK global user explain in brief about these options.
I do have a basic idea but still some details woud be helpful.......
Also i want to know, how to do(which option to select) cash intraday, ie stocks in which margin reqd is usually 100%, in other words in which margin trading not allowed.

In the demo, they have not mentioned anything charting. Is there any charting facility in their odin software?

I would like to open a/c for equity, f & o, commodities. Do i need to submit forms separately for each of them separately?

What are the a/c opening charges for each of them?

Pl clarify.

I would get my account opened soon...may be in the next 2-3 days. The following are the charges paid:

1. 200 - A/c opening charges
2. 200 - stamp paper / frisking charges
3. 550 - Had taken 2 segments - NSE - Cash & F&O
4. 200 - advance

Paid a total of 1150/- towards opening of the trading & DP account at RK Global. (with use of ODIN for NSE - Cash, F&O segments)...will cost a bit more if you need commodities (i guess)

The charting isnt the best...takes a tad lil longer to open and is not seemless compared to softwares of Sharekhan (Trade Tiger) and Indiabulls (Power Indiabulls) (tried only those...not sure bout the rest...) but, all-in-all a decent package to reckon with...

Just the same...unless you want to open in different names

is trade execution atleast faster in odin like indiabulls or sharekhan?

Most of the earlier problems with RKG are solved now (Web version).
Due to prolonged absence from the terminal ,one has to type PASSWORD
again ,to resume operations.But in my case I am unable to do so and
getting this error.

Any remedy? Thanks.
