Can anybody post a screenshot of RK Global contract note (recent one in last 2-3 months) showing the details of charges for Futures/options. Many people have told me that they charge more then what they commit.

Hi,

The carelessness in their website which shows the trading timings are 9.55am-3.30pm is not important at all as compared to the security issue which trding data is not encrypted.
Anybody can capture the traffic on the same network if not encrypted (https). Network includes office network, home network, ISP etc.

Anyone taken up this issue with RKG ?

since last almost one week, RKG web based trading portal is not working properly. is it the only I am not able to get the live quotes or this is the problem with all web user...??

RKG webiste seems to be working fine. Only thing is that malware and other hijackers can easily intercept http traffic and modify it which coul dbe a huge loss to the user .. at times.

minimum charges in IIFL are 5 paise per share....now in scrips like suzlon, unitech (< 100/-) we need atleast 15 paise to breakeven , so scalping can't be done. But in RKGLOBAL as there is no brokerage (999/- pm) so only govt taxes STT etc apply, so breakeven comes to 5 paise...is it correct ?..PLEASE CONFIRM RKG users..

I'm online customer of RKG (only F&O till now) from Kolkata.
I think there is no difference for online customers whether he/she is in Kolkata or Delhi.
What I feel is everything is OK eith RKG and it's ODIN except the charts in ODIN.
