Josh Sir,
I am trying to get Real Time feed from NEST3 to Amibroker. I have followed every instruction mentioned by you and also watched video of Mrkanetkar, but am stuck somewhere in the middle. Please help

1. Getting data feed from NEST3 to Excel ==> succeeded
2. New database creation in Amibroker ==> succeeded
3. Placed Nest3.format & RTG3.format in Amibroker\formats folder ==> succeeded
4. Automatic opening of Amibroker once "Start RT Data" is pressed ==> succeeded
5. Automatic creation of data file that keeps on updating from data feed from NEST3 ==> succeeded


Issues being faced
1. My symbols (in Excel and NEST3) do not get automatically updated into Amibroker
2. Do I need to import Symbols into Amibroker manually?

Symbols will automatically get updated in AMI. Check the database path you gave in RTNOW.
Check whether below line is present in the files Nest3.format & RTG3.format

$AUTOADD 1

I was not using RTNOW. I was using RTG3.xlsm in which database path was correct. I checked both Nest3.format & RTG3.format and "$AUTOADD 1" was configured.

Do I need to do this with RTNOW? or is there some other issue? I will check this with RTNOW tomorrow when market opens

Josh: how to backfil eod from yahoo...thru NowBackfil
yahoo format is date o h l c v adj c
sybol can be added in first column manually & adj c deleted but how to adjust date time? only date is required for eod
yes, new eod database need to be created.

Use DataDownloader for EOD backfill. Nowbackfill is used to backfill from NOW.

Look into message log of NSENOW. If it says 'RT attribute not licensed' then you have to get it activated from your broker. Till then you will not be able to get live feed into RTNOW. \
