Hi,
Have been using your utility for few days now, gr8 job :thumb: .
One thing, when morning session starts there is a single quote which comes for opening price for the day and moves ahead of the live quotes(one bar right). Problem is that the right axis then shows its value rather than the live values.

I can delete it for one, but for many scrips it becomes a headache. Any solution ?

Go to Database Settings -- Intraday Settings and select 'Day Session Only.'

Its day session only. Time stamp is like this- 26/09/2012 00:00:00 .

I think all setting are as per your instructions.

Dhnu,

Before doing changes suggested by SR, try this.

Open Trade Tiger and Sharekhan.xls. Thereafter, click on Office Icon within Sharekhan.xls and open RTNOW from the same instance. If rates change in RTNOW, you are thru. Click on RTData.

Yesterday, I was linking snap.xls of another user and found out that RTNOW has to be opened from the same instance of Excel as that of Snap.xls for changing rates in linked cells.

u never read the previous post. the solution is - never ever open rtnow/rtg3 or any excel files before 9.15 am or u will get the rogue tick in all ur charts. only solution is set the intraday settings in database from 9.15 to 15.30 and in tools - preference : align minute bar to regular market hours

Are you using RTNOW or older version? I am starting RTNOW before 9:15 I do not get that rogue tick now although I used to get it earlier. Try settings as SR suggested.

yeah using latest version RTNOW..opened it before 0915 ..will check tomorrow morning with the settings..thanks for your help
