everytime the intraday chart in NOW is opened,the program always hangs, and has to be closed down.(I could never get it opened for the last 6 months)I can open the OHLC chart.But there is no right/left clicks allowed in OHLC chart.

Please suggest a way out.

Unfortunately, a friend of mine is also not able to get "intraday charts"; he is able to get OHLC charts.

We can refer the problem to OMNESYS?

I was also not able to get NestPlus charts. The application closes immediately with some memory read error.That damned software has plenty of bugs. Whenever they release new version, some new bug pops up. Then I found that they have given direct short cut Ctrl+D for getting data table. You will get approx. 15 days data for most of the scrips. Use it for FnO scrips. You can use NOWBackfill to get the data into AMIbroker. For cash scrips, Data Downloader is better choice. You can inform Omnesys about the bug.

You can get current day's data by SR's method also. You will have to import it first thru import wizard and save the format.

I have stopped bothering about absolute purity of data since I am using 15 min and 1 hr. candles for trading and fine tune entry exit with 5 min candles. Time frames less than that is not my cup of tea.

Are you using NOW or does this work only in NEST trader? I can get the intraday chart in NOW, but I cannot get the data table that you are talking about. How do you get the data table in the intraday chart (without Nest Plus)?

in Nest Trader its the Intraday charts-Data Table.
in NOW its Hourly Statistics

That means your excel is not able to read commands or sheet. Could be due to your settings also. It is very difficult to pin point the error.
Go to developer -- visual basic and run the code. You will have to "Step into" the code from Menu or by pressing F8. The code will run 1 line at a time when you press F8. You will be able to find out which line of code is problem.

The error had gone away on it's own, but after 2 days it's back. Kindly take a look at the attached screenshot and help me with this. Thanks.

It is pointing to your database path. You have to type your database path in Cell B1. Check you database path in that cell.

IIFL TT advance does not have facility to 'link/Snap to Excel' whereby we can stream the quotes to excel. Hence the data cannot be fetched to AMI.
