NOW and NEST sending data via dde or rtd ?

Dear Senior,

I have problem with getting data from Arbitrage to RTnow excel, read thread http://www.traderji.com/data-feeds/...ibroker-fcharts-qtstalker-105.html#post746431 for what I have done.

Sir SR114 already looked problem but no solution. I already droped mail to josh sir since he on leave, mean while some one can let me know I will send TV ID.

Relish: check RTD feature activated in your A/c or not. Also just add all the related folders... ODIN, RT, RTNOW,AMI to excel trusted locations.

Relish: check RTD feature activated in your A/c or not. Also just add all the related folders... ODIN, RT, RTNOW,AMI to excel trusted locations.

How can I check rtd feature is activateed or not? I am able to get quote to arbitrage xls but not able to transfer to RTnow excel; it takes only last saved data from arbitrage xls.

Open RTNOW from the same instance as that of Arbitrage. It works on some systems. That is, after opening Arbitrage, confirm that rates are changing. Then click on office icon, and open RTNOW from there. Thereafter, try to link the cells in RTNOW. Formula remains the same.

You do not need RTD for fetching data from ODIN. Also Never run as Admin. Too bad for security.
I am getting limited network. Cannot do much.

Dear sr sir ,
i had downloaded utility for ttiger then follow all steps as u mention ,
1 . open trade tiger
2. snap market watch to excel , rates updating and ok
3. then open programs and open excel then go to file and load rt31
but from here when i typed "=" in a7 and then click to trading symbol and enter , nothing happens tried everything but no success also tried paste special and link to excel but not getting anything in amy broker please help

Use RTNOW. Link is in my signature.
Try this.
3. Click on Office icon on top left and open RTNOW. Link the cells from A7 onwards. Use simple formula for linking cells. No paste special or link to excel.

I am able to get live data in arbitarge but no update in RTnow xls until I save one of arbitrage file or rtnow.

By Admin I mean, single user in window, not by administrator default.

How much is plugin time and total data access time for others using this utility?
Mine is :-
Total data access time = 48 ms ( average)
Plugin time per symbol= 16.4 ms (average)

You can check it by hovering your mouse on the right side of connection staus (performance tab).

if u r using the DDE route then the concept of plugins came in the scenerio, but if u go via the RTD route the main thing is the performance tab. look there.
