in our area madurai (tamilnadu) angel broking offer me 0.03 for intraday , 0.5 for delivery ,account opening charge 800 and amc 500.and no charge for software. for angel diet scheme. whether agel diet is a good software.

is it a good deal?
can i open a account?

Charges are more than what is there in bangalore.

A/c opening is 500. and annual maintenance is 300. Brokerage depends on bargaining.

Is there any centralized helpdesk phone number and/or email ID where you ask for support or for any isssues for angel broking. Please put them. I tried sending mails to [email protected], [email protected], etc which are listed on their website and also put a question in "live help" section to no avail. It has been 1 week or so and they stil havent replied.

How fast they respond to that is a good measure to check their responsiveness. Brokers like india infoline and sharekhan takes 15 minutes to respond to a call. I was unable to get to sharekhan helpline, it kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes and I dropped the call.

In chennai I got .02 for intraday and .25 for del with initial margin of Rs.5 lakhs.

i completely agree with ur VIEWS.They looted me abt 3 lacs and no satisfaction answer from senior level person.they all r mostly on leave or not replying ur calls or may be hospitilize.RANBAXY companys sales may be high due to RELIGAR TEAM. DIRECTOR R HAPPY WITH THE PROGRESS OF BROKING CO.

Angel's email support seems to be completely nonexistant. I sent various mails to different addresses provided on their website as well as provided by thei executives for details about new a/c, but no one replied back with answers. I doubt how their service is going to be after I get my account opened.

Email support is zero. I have an account with them and have to go to their office to get anything done. Changing my email address took 6 visits.
During trading hours their site never responds after logging in.
From day1 there has been a password problem which has not been resolved till now to my satisfaction. The only plus point is the software which works well and low brokerage.

First review about angel that is negative. BUt I guess indian investors have really little choice. All brokers provide pathetic service, its only the matter of choosing the lesser evil. However, how do u rate angel in terms of others like 5paisa, religare, etc.
