NEVER Go for Angel broking, I and My friends have very bad experiences with Angel.

1) Many Times I placed order and second day when I want to square off the position they told me that you didn't have any position ,you don't buy it..
they they check the telephonic record and say "OHHH !!! you just ask for the Quote and we close the phone before you order " I lost 1500 Rs in single trade by their mistke

2) people are very regid...

3) TIPS are WORST,u can earn by inverse to their tips (if they say buy u must sell)

4) No proper integration of Phone trade,Net Trade and Angel Diet and PDA.
means if you sell from Phone ,that position will not show in the Diet.so you can not no where there you have any open position or not .

Hi Viral, I think it might be one of the cases, if order would have been placed that day you would have received confirmation SMS and call and if you didnt receive that day you should have asked them before placing a sell order next day. Even Im a client of Angel and Im happy with their tips and services. Their technical and fundamental tips are good. I would advise you to speak with your branch and sort out things. Hi, Angel flashes their tips on their trading platform. For mobile trading tips you should speak with your branch

After a decade of using different broking houses, I am still sticking to indiabulls. everything is crystal clear, visible online, no tips, no bullying for volume trading, no money disappearing either. I have Geojit account too. They have given me FLIP platinum, a software platform which is somewhat sluggish. Again it a a safe broking house as PAribas group has taken over and no hassles in trading. I believed anything that is from south. but Rajas, Reddys, Kanimozhis, and marans have forced me to think again. I have Prabhudas Liladher too. But I am not happy with their clumsy contract notes and bad website almost from stone age.
If you want to trade on your own, with own decisions, then Indiabulls is a good bet.

Yes I too concur with your views Mr Patel. I had been trading with them since many years but have seen they are fast and proactive in resolving the issues. I still believe they are the best in customer care.

It is quiet unfortunate that you had this bad experience with them. I am dealing with them since many years. I found them most customer friendly among all other brokers. They have a dedicated team at their HQ in Mumbai to resolve issues fast. I think you should approach them. I am sure you will get solution. But tell me one thing, I get SMS and contract on my mail daily, it is automatic...did not you getbthe same when this trades were done? Why did not you complain immediately to higher ups? I hope that you get quick resolution to your issues quickly.
