hi i am new here ... i stumbled upon this thread while searching for some material on how to change the settings in the technical indicators in trade tiger.So i would like to know if any of you have tried changing the settings and know more about it because the graph headers used are not quite the same is in popular terminology .Also thanking you guys coz this thread was very informative about trade tiger and zerodha..especially thanking the starving trader and columbus

hey moonmoon..... i think that the trade tiger coders have misplaced the headers avg period,%k period and %k slow in the dialogue box and that is confusing us.u r rt the %k slow value does not affect the graph at all,so i don think they have incorporated a slowing value into the graph. so just use the %k period for changing the %k time period and avg period to change %d values.Thats what i think..did u figure out any other method.

Just received an email from Sharekhan asking to upgrade to TT 2.1.0 (also .NET upgrade to version 4.0). Wanted to know if anyone has already done this and how stable/unstable TT 2.1.0 is. Going by the TT 2.0.1 experience I'm a bit nervous about issues. They haven't exactly set their production standards too high, although they did fix their issues throughout. Anyone use the latest version?

Is there any link for the TT 2.1.0 installer? I did see a few machines running on 2.1.0 in the sharekhan's office. They were under testing back then.

Hi everyone,
I dont have too much idea abt hardware system but i am using the sharekhan trade tiger since 2-3 years on my laptop with the conf. of 80Gb hard disk n 1 Gb ram.Its working very smoothly. In very short Words East or West Trade Tiger is the Best.

based on .net 4 may be a problem of instqalling .net 4 as u need at least xp sp3.if u have xp sp2 then upgrade to sp3 wud be a problem , u have to refomat and install xp sp3. its my personal experience. so be carefull about any pltaform based on .net 4.

Installed.. works faster than 2.0.1. I'm on a dual core CPU (4 GB RAM) with Windows XP-SP3 and .net 4.0. All in all a good experience.

Had to spent a while to set the marketwatch to my liking. The imports from the previous version got corrupted. A minor hiccup.

The login process is faster and so are the charts updation when scrips are changed.

Great feedback - thanks! Any problems with your processor over-heating after 15-20 minuts of operation? TT2.0.1 had this problem, at least on the 64-bit version. Not sure about others. However, they seem to have fixed it.

Hi trade tiger new version has come out 2.1 ... seems good to me but have only used for one day.. i did notice one inaccuracy though..

todays eg. .chart for silver micro shows day open and high as 53770 howver it is actually 53900..Can people who are using trade tiger for a long time confirm if this is a usual problem with sharekhan data feed or is it just this version...
