SH's 315 Strategy - how to use if effectively

Dear Saivenkat - I will re-enter on 3 EMA touch .... since 3 EMA keeps moving, its tough to state a level.. but I will short at 5230-5240 levels if at all those levels come.

Otherwise 3 EMA will come down and I will enter shorts at whatever levels markets are at when that happens.

In charts i see 3EMA is at 5236,so should we not wait.I know few points here and der ok,but just cross checking,as many times ema values r different and visual is different,like now candle is touching but 3ema is at higher level.

Why dont we post our position everyday with Stop loss levels for the next day and track it for a while.? for better understanding as well as for the benefit of everyone here following this.

Dear GSRI - In the past, to assist fellow traders, I have tracked my positions on Nifty and some other stocks in real time here. I also tracked my stance on 20 stocks a while back.

I believe the system is very simple to understand and to implement even for a beginner who has got access to basic real time charts. you just need to plot 2 EMAs and even with naked eye you can trade it.

Hence, I do not want to spam this thread by posting my positions, neither I want to spoon feed traders with their trades. I want them to understand the system and learn how to apply it so that they dont need to wait for my posts on this thread for entering/exiting trades. :thumb:

Now I am able to understand what is ema et.,

But still i am not sure how we get these 3 ema and 15 ema charts.
i am using india infoline trader terminal.

Please let me know how i get these 3 mema and 15 ema live charts to make me understand the efficacy of this method.

Markets have fallen in last 1 week and since for cash you can only take long trades, no wonder you are running in a loss . You will always run in loss during a bear market if you stick to cash.

This strategy is for F&O where you can long and short both.

Hi Nallan,

Firstly, it's an EOD chart with EMA 3 * EMA 15.

Secondly, to see the live charts, I mean to say the change in candle during the trading hours, you may need to register to Investbulls or some other service providers. I am currently using Investbulls, real time Java charts.
