SH's 315 Strategy - how to use if effectively

I have a little question. There are many stocks which have given downward crossover (short) like Maruti, BPCL, IndiaInfo and Sail etc. My question is:- keeping in view the marvellous recovery in last half hour and coming up expiry where much volatility is expected, do we SHORT such stocks or wait till tomorrow's close? (LONGS are OK, since we are going with the flow). I remember you mentioning somewhere that you take position not on day1 but on day 2. Is this the reason (to prevent whiplash)?

In other words, do we try to anticipate or strictly follow the charts?

Thanks

We just have to follow the Charts and Rules of system

Should not use our wisdom

Hello SH,
This is our view. Seniors, please give your opinion on this.
I am using iChart with MACD, STS indicator (stochastic).

STS indicator has given sell signal at 6264 then 6046 & now it gave yesterday. Same where 315 has given signal next day.

Can you look it from your experienced eyes?

It will be really great if we can get something like this to enter with 315 supports (there are already too many news to support this downfall). :thumb:

Please find attached the chart for nifty. Same can be seen for banknifty as well.

Hi SH,

I have a query.
Imagine this situation where 3 EMA is below 15 EMA, and rest all indicators shows positive sign of the entity going up. I aggressively buy based on the other indicators keeping in mind, the candle touching the 15 ema as the target of my aggressive buy.:D

See attached image. This is the image of natural gas commodity.

Here comes my question. The price opened today with a gap-up and is not touching the 3 EMA or the 15 EMA. Suppose I had brought NG at 178.5 and the CMP is showing 182.6, the price is nowhere near my 15 EMA target. But the candle is not touching 3 EMA either. Does this mean we should exit?

The prime concern in this case, is that the candle has left 3EMA between 3 EMA and 15 EMA. Normally we see the candle leaving 3EMA outside the 3EMA away from 15 EMA.

Regards,
