SH's 315 Strategy - how to use if effectively

mangup, am quite new to futures. do you have any idea on mark to market? if yes can you plz explain what would have been the m2m for each day. taking the hypothetical trade in my earlier post. would be greatly idebited.

somewhere in the thread it is mentioned that one should keep 30k margin for m2m for one lot of nifty.

According to Sh strategy, BEAR SAR is now @ 5387.45

15 EMA has been retested and now it looks like like BEAR SAR is at 5322, still need to confirm

Made a mistake of covering the short I think, actually I was confused with the strategies, will take care next time

Dear Manoj, Nifty is still in short position. I think you need to focus on the thread rules first, (pls dont get me wrong) have a look on SH post no. # 50 on dtd. 14th July 2009 not for once but read this as many as many time till you get the point on what he is insisting to use the strategy and protect the capital.

i have short nifty 1 lot on 5325 yesterday (at closing time) and today i have settle my nifty at 5295 (beacuse of 3 ema is far away from bar) there is short term profit of 30 points and now I am waiting for 3 ema to touch the bar so i can re-enter in to position.

Dear Bali
I also bought 5400 put yesterday @ 122 and sold it in the morning @ 142 based on same 3 EMA not touching the candle rule.
But the mistake I made is I used SH's 30 minute swing strategy for re-entry and shorted nifty future @ 5308 and stop was @ 5322 which was triggered and I exited the Short.
Actually I should have gone according to 315 strategy where I would have waited for 3 EMA touch and the trade would have been avoided
