SH's 315 Strategy - how to use if effectively

Hi Vinst,

I have told about Bank Nifty Spot. Yesterday (March 2, 2010) 3 EMA was @ 8772 and low made was 8826.90 and Today as till the time of writing this post Bank Nifty Spot low is 8922.15 and 3 EMA @ 8896.

nifty spot and bn spot are purposely not shown with proper gap opening by nse. if we want to trade gaps, we need to check futures.

Nifty EOD candle didnt touch 3 EMA yesterday.. not tocuhed even today until 10.23 AM.. thats Day 2 for me.

NF is at 5048 with 3 EMA is at 5000 .. approximately 50 points difference.

I have closed my longs in NF and now opening a short for target 5025.

Similarly, closed ICICI BAnk longs and opened shorts.

Hi SH, I have booked at 5064. Thanks a lot . First time I made some profit in nifty. Though initially I went long and booked loss 100pntns, again entered long on budget day. price also crossed bolliger band.

Do you realy things markets will go down atleast 5025 as from budget day its total breakout. Today at 3.20 Nifty Fut at 5080... wheather shorting will be good idea for a target of 5025?

Yes, the shorting is based on market reversal theory and not 315.

As per 315 , no shorting until 3 EMA is above 15 EMA and visa versa.

It seems you are seeing the chart of Nifty Spot. Check the chart of futures which will give you correct picture..
