SH's 315 Strategy - how to use if effectively

sir, markets seem to be bearish as per 315 strategy.:thumb:
whether u use only eod charts or u also watch intra day charts.
plz suggest me any web site for intraday charts since intra day charts are not found in www.icharts.in:)

hi JKM,

yes 315 is bearish and I am holding shorts ....

I use it on EOD only ... I have tried using it on intraday timeframes like 5 mins, 15 mins, 30 mins etc but found it wasnt that effective due to gaps etc that skew the EMAs suddenly on intraday charts....

I use icharts and they have real time intradays charts but they are not free .. they are paid.

I tried intraday with 5 EMA and 30 EMA, mostly it avoids whipsaws... yet have to experiment with real trade.. let me try on monday..

Hello SH

I am getting a friend to build your strategy as a backtestable AFL. However, in order to ensure that something does not get lost in giving strategy outline to him, I need your help.

If you can give me a few charts, clearly showing long/short entry, exit, cover on a bar or candle chart, pointing out on the chart itself location of trade (even if it is in the middle of bar) and reason for it e.g. which of your rules has been met. BTW, execution will be on RT data, so trade can be in the middle of a bar.

I will post back the AFL to the forum along with my back-testing results.
