Write (SELL) RELIANCE 1050 PUT Between 105-115

Above Call Is Only For Those With +5 Lac Ledger Capital.... Because There Might Be A Hedge Required Later On...Incase It Moves Against Us By 40-50 Bucks On The Spot....Chances Are Bright That It May Not Be Required

Any guidelines to take positional calls in stock futures-should we just look at the stock EOD graph and the premium/discount to go long/short or is it necessary to view the market participants position like put call ratio, OI etc.
Up till now was only taking small moves but not much luck in overnight positions.
Savant Garde ji I would appreciate some clarity. Thanks.
I understand that for stock futures you use SMA 5 and 6 and BB (9,2). Can SMA 20 & SMA 50 crossover too be used for this. Can bounces off the 20 SMA be considered?

Hi Nagendra,

For Swing Trading I Would Recommend The Following Few, You May Adopt Whichever You Are Comfortable With:

a) If The Whole Candle Including The Wick Closes Above 20 EMA For Long & S/L Should Be If 70% Of The Candle Body Is Below The 20 EMA.

b) Second Strategy Is To Go Long 20/50 SMA Crossover, Where 20 MA Has Crossed Over To The Upside Of The 50 SMA

c) Third Strategy Is Go Long On 5/6 SMA Crossover

d) If Following Candlestick Pattern Then You Will Be Familiar With Bullish Engulf & Bearish Engulf Patterns.

e) Another One Is Based On BB If The Lower BB Is Pierced Followed By A Green Candle Immediately....For Long & If Upper BB Is Pierced Immediately Followed By A Red Candle To Go Short.
