Re: Stocks To Keep A Close Eye On - Chapter II

Anant Sir,

I would Request you to give Recommendations as per your preference.

Person like me who have decided to Invest 20000/- Per Day, 10000/- in 2 Stocks every Day, will Buy first Two, Person who wants to invest in 5 Recommended Stocks will Buy first Five and Person who want's to invest in One Stock will Invest in the First Recommendation.

If possible Kindly give Recommendations as per your Preference.
Don't divide your money into 2 stocks only instead split it into no. of stocks for eg(only for illustration purpose):

-----------------------------------------------
| SYMBOL | C.M.P. | TARGET | STOPLOSS |
|----------------------------------------------
| FEDERALBNK | 339.50 | 365.70 | 321.30 | - 10 shares @ rs 3395
| PIRHEALTH | 506.25 | 551.80 | 471.00 | - 10 shares @ rs 5062
| PRAJIND | 80.80 | 87.90 | 75.40 | - 100 shares @ rs 8000
| AGRODUTCH | 33.05 | 36.80 | 30.00 | - 10 shares @ rs 3300
| DABUR | 203.90 | 215.60 | 196.30 | - 10 shares @ rs 2030
| DCHL | 134.10 | 144.50 | 126.50 | - 10 shares @ rs 1340
| GEOJITBNPP | 32.35 | 39.75 | 30.75 | - 100 shares @ rs3200
| HEROHONDA | 1905.05 | 1994.90 | 1832.00 |
| | | | |
-----------------------------------------------

looks complicated but you divide the profit as well as losses. Use moneycontrol.com for your portfolio management.

There were lots of recommendations yesterday but that is not the case every day sometimes there are no recommendations so there you save some money for the next day or a day like this. You should go through the thread and understand before injecting capital into markets. You don't know a lot about most of the companies so treat them as equal.

Hi KaranM,

I Shall Leave Comment To Anant On Your Specific Query....& In Addition To What Visualize Has Already Commented & What Anant Offers In Terms Of Wisdom....
....I Would Suggest First Look At The Sectors That You Want To Be Exposed To & Thereafter Choose The Scrips From Anant's Triggers.

Hi Shravan,

I Would Be Overweight On RIL At Current Levels & Perhaps Another 20-30 Bucks Downside.....This Recent Downtrend Has Been Artificially Induced By RIL....& Suspect Much Of The Treasury Stake Sale Was Picked Up By MA Entities & If It Remains Depressed Longer Than 2 Weeks Then Perhaps One Can Expect Another Treasury Stake Sale

Next Would Be L&T While I Would Wait For Market Correction Of 15-18% To Get Into Others....RELCAP Is Way Down On The List Of Preference, Instead Would Look For Some Smallish Infra Cum Power Play... Something Like GMRINFRA...

Since You Are One Of The Veterans Of TJ....Please Post Your Queries In The Mother Thread....Do Not Worry About It Getting Buried....:)

Hi Anant

Just a case study on National Alum.

As per your method should one exit in intraday or only on EOD basis where stop losses are concerned.

Also, based on my own analysis of the charts of National Alum i had a feeling of not taking this trade though i ended up taking it based on the Wilders20 signal.

Any suggestions/tips on what should have put me back from taking this trade purely from the charts just to help me try to weed out the low probability scrips.

Thanks in advance
Regards
Floyd

I have bought most of Anant bhai's recommendations. I look @ them at portfolios created month-wise and i don't regret on my decisions because the aggregate earnings are quiet good and by taking into considering that they are free makes them V.V.V.V.Very good :)

Savant, I would like to answer this :

1. What is market correction ?
- Short term down trend (Where you trading in 2008 ??) There was a BIG market correction then.

2. What is the reason behind it ?
- Profit Booking, Panic.

3. Any signals ? - No prediction possible, But after if starts you will hear only sell in traders mouths.

4. What precautions can we take ? - Keep a SL and follow your trends, Dont think, I'll wait for another day, And before investing, Know your investing time, the Longer Investing time the fewer tensions , But bigger SLs.

Please dont take any thing of the above personally, I am just helping in simple words.
