Discussion... on Volume & Price.... everything indicated...so far can be a big error of judgement.... it could just be distribution.... and innocent retail guys can get trapped......who are not nimble enough....or greedy....& get swayed by unrealistic target.....

For a sample of what I am talking about look at the chart of RPL around 1st week of Jan 2007 & RNRL July - August of 2008

guys,

today ashu dutt was telling on ET Now that coal india ipo may not give high returns.
Simply much hype is created about it.
Even I heard from a couple of analysts that Coal India is good for the medium term... Now, medium term might mean 5 years... who knows...

There might be a huge jump in its price when it lists because it has been hyped so much. But I would prefer to buy it from the secondary market once it has settled down.

after making much losses in F&O , with tips from BSI and other paid services, I have decided that I wont ever take tips from others.

its ok Even if make losses , but it should be based on my decision, not somebody else's :)
Even after taking best tips we can loose in F/O. We need to have a strict discipline. Money Management and being patient is must else we will only loose. I think more than tips, we need to have good behavioural skills and a balanced head above our shoulders to make money. Good Leveraging , diversification, patience are must. Getting daily dosage of news on sectors and market from different sources is also must.
