Moto,

Second BUY Marked Is Wrong, Also The First BUY Is Marked Late.

Moreover, On Intraday Second BUY Has Pierced The BB Massively So If You Were Long You Should Have Exited.

Hi Savant sir,

I had dug up your thread to get some knowledge about the great system you use.I'm a total newcomer to trading so my knowledge is extremely limited..From my limited knowledge i have understood that one needs to Look for the crossover of SMA 5 and SMA 6 and note the pattern after that.

Sir, yesterday i saw your call on SesaGoa and was trying to work your system on it.

I have a few doubts..Hope you would clear it.I have attached a SesaGoa chart downloaded from Investbulls. It's last 3 days chart with a Time frame of 15 mins.

1) Sir, i have marked two buy signal in that Chart. Are they correct as per your system?? sorry if i misinterpreted your system.

2)I understood that the calls you give here are Positional calls..To make a positional call How many day's chart we need to take into account??

thanks in advance:)

Thanks Savant Sir for replying..

Yes..While presenting the SesaGoa chart here i didn't knew anything about BB ..I have gone through BB in the last two days and came to know that since the bar's have pierced the upper BB it might be a sign of reversal.

So the first marked BUY is a bit late...Can you please tell me which was the correct buy in the SesaGoa chart?

Guys,

This Is For All Those Wondering About Some Of My Recent Calls Such As SESAGOA & Others.

Basic System Has Been Discussed, Some Of These Calls Are Not Based On Any Crossover But Are Based On Any Of The Following.

1) BUY On Trend Reversal
2) BUY Because The Stock Made A 2 Month High
3) BUY On Expansion Breakout
4) BUY On Retracement

Please Get Comfortable Enough With The Both The Crossover Systems First, Will Discuss This & Some More Points In A Couple Of Months.

Balram,

I Have Already Mentioned, Will Explain The Points After A Couple Of Months.

At This Point It Is Not Important, There Is Way Too Much Already In The Two Systems For Everybody To Absorb & Master It.

Hi Savant

I'm new to this forum and totally confused as to what call is open currently as I'm unable to go through all the pages. Also could you let me know a place where you have a crash course to understand whatever you are saying?

Regards
Ravi

I'll try to answer your queries, seniors please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

You can sell in any segment be it cash or margin or margin plus or futures or options, basically margin and margin plus are trades in which you leverage the money you have to take a position which is 'x' times more than the money you have in your trading account, for ex. in sharekhan I can get into a position of 10k with just 2.5k in my trading account.
Okay so obviously there is a time for which you can hold for the margin which depends on the segment you are trading in, for ex in the cash segment brokers will generally allow you to hold the margin only till end of day or for T+2 days which is all dependent on the broker, in the futures segment you can have the margin till the contract expiry but futures has its own requirement wherein your MTM losses should not increase x% or else the broker will square off your position if you are not able to add more money to increase your margin.
But margin trading is very very risky as losses start mounting and can wipe out your entire capital really soon if you're not careful, so keep a very very tight Stop Loss (which is the price at which you have decided enough is enough and you exit a loss making trade, this has to be set as soon as you get into the trade).
For your second query yes you can sell the shares without delivery which means a SHORT sell i.e you don't have the shares actually in your account but you sell them, but you will have to square off your position i.e buy the stocks (same as the number of shares you sold) the same day before trading ends.

Hope I cleared your query to some extent (and created lots more in your head), because my friend you are always learning in the Stock Market so don't worry and if you are new to the market my suggestion would be don't go in for Margin Trading as you will not even realise and may reduce your capital in a short span of time.
